Roger Tighe is documented with KKCS-FM in Colorado Springs in two records: an undated staff-meeting photograph cataloged as 2002, and a Colorado broadcasters’ Area 4 emergency-alert plan that lists him as the station’s contact. The plan documents his station-facing responsibility for emergency-alert coordination; it does not give a job title.
