Jerry Rhoads

Jerry Rhoads held both news and sports responsibilities at KDZA 1230 in Pueblo, Colorado. The 1955 Broadcasting Yearbook lists him as news director and sports director in a staff entry for the station, which had been on the air since 1947.

The dual listing documents KDZA’s local news and sports operation during its early years. The directory’s market data was corrected to December 15, 1954; it does not establish Rhoads’s full tenure or later work.

Colorado connection: KDZA, Pueblo.
Documented roles: News director and sports director, 1955 directory.
