KSIR (1010 AM), branded Farm Radio, is a commercial talk station serving Fort Morgan and northeastern Colorado. It is licensed to Brush, Colorado, and operated by Northeast Colorado Broadcasting, LLC. Programming includes local and syndicated talk and coverage of regional sports teams.
History
KSIR began broadcasting in August 1977. It used the call sign KKGZ from 1985 to 1993 before returning to KSIR. The station’s sister station KPRB-FM serves the same regional market. KSIR also reaches listeners in parts of the area through FM translators.
