KBVC-FM

KBVC-FM, the 104.1 MHz station licensed to Buena Vista, Colorado, and branded “Eagle Country 104.” It is one of the commercial services in the Heart of the Rockies Radio group.

Service and ownership: The group’s public-file directory lists Eagle Country 104 and links to KBVC’s FCC file. The Salida Chamber profile describes the station group’s local programming and coverage of community events, sports, news, traffic, and weather. Its published business address is 7600 County Road 120 in Salida; that group address is recorded here separately from any studio or transmitter location for KBVC.

The sources reviewed establish KBVC’s frequency, community of license, current brand, and group relationship, but not a full call-sign or format chronology. The 104.1 facility is kept distinct from the other Heart of the Rockies stations, even where their programming and sales operation are shared.
