Denver radio
Marquart was heard in Denver on KHIH-FM during its smooth-jazz era and worked as morning-show talent at both KHIH and KMJI. Contemporary coverage of Denver radio in the mid-1990s identifies her as part of KHIH’s on-air lineup.

Marquart joined Jones Radio Networks in 1994 as an afternoon personality and music director for its Smooth Jazz format. She became program director in 2002 and launched a Classic Hits-Rock service. Through subsequent network ownership changes, she took responsibility for Westwood One’s 24/7 adult-contemporary and Christmas formats in 2012 and became Vice President of Programming and Director of Contemporary Formats in 2014.
Her network work included music strategy, format development, marketing and coaching air talent across multiple formats. In 2024, Radio Ink named her one of its Most Influential Women in Radio. She left Westwood One in April 2025 when the company discontinued several 24/7 formats.
