Sean Rhoads is a Colorado radio sales and management executive who rose from account executive to president and general manager of Max Media’s Denver cluster.
Colorado radio career
Rhoads began his radio career as an account executive with iHeartMedia in Colorado Springs. He joined Max Media Denver in 2010 and advanced through senior account executive, digital sales director, general sales manager and vice president of sales.
In 2021, Max Media promoted Rhoads to president and general manager of KFCO-FM (Hot 107.1) and KJHM-FM (Jammin’ 101.5), succeeding Jeff Norman. When Pillar Media acquired the two Denver stations in 2024, Rhoads remained with the organization, moving into companywide digital-sales leadership while also serving as local sales manager for the Denver market.
