KKDD (107.1)

KKDD (107.1) was an early call-sign identity of the FM facility now known as KFCO, licensed east of Denver and serving the Denver market.

History

The facility signed on in 1985 as KKDD. During the long pre-Denver-move period, the station was associated with easy-listening programming. The FCC call-sign history shows KKDD remained in use until 1991, when the calls changed to KSIR.

Facility lineage

Facility ID 35023 later used the calls KSIR, KSIR-FM, KSYY-FM, KONN-FM, KDHT-FM, KXDE and KFCO, all documented as separate call-sign-era pages in the archive.
