KBRU-FM (101.5) represents the closing portion of the long KBRU era after the station moved from 101.7 MHz to 101.5 MHz.
History
The facility originated in Fort Morgan and spent decades at 101.7. As it was repositioned toward the Denver market, it moved to 101.5 MHz while still using the KBRU-FM calls. On March 20, 2006, the calls changed to KTNI-FM and the station entered a new Denver-market programming era.
Facility lineage
Earlier KBRU history at 101.7 belongs to the same FCC facility but is not presented here as though it occurred on 101.5.
