Norm Tester’s Colorado Springs radio work joined programming and country music. Record World reported in January 1966 that he was moving to KPIK as music director; by 1969, the Broadcasting Yearbook listed him as the station’s program director. Trade coverage also documents Tester as a recording artist, including a 1967 country release reviewed by Cash Box.
