History

The FCC granted a construction permit on May 7, 2008, and the call sign KILE-FM was assigned on August 27, 2008. The license was granted May 11, 2011. Grace Public Radio sold the station to Colorado College for $24,000 in a sale completed June 16, 2017, when the call letters changed to KWCC-FM.
