JoJo Turnbeaugh is a Colorado radio personality and programmer whose Southern Colorado career included KVUU/My 99.9 and KCCY/Y96.9 before a return to Denver and a succession of major programming-management roles.
Turnbeaugh was part of the Willie & JoJo afternoon team on KVUU. In 2005 he became program director of KCCY in the Clear Channel Colorado Springs/Pueblo operation. Country Aircheck reported in January 2007 that KYGO/Denver hired KCCY program director and morning host JoJo Turnbeaugh for mornings with Kelly and Mudflap, beginning February 5. The trade noted that he had been at KCCY since 2005 and had previously worked in Denver at KALC and KFMD.
Turnbeaugh later held programming and on-air positions in Denver and Las Vegas, including assistant program director at KKFN, sports-talk work, and senior programming leadership for iHeartMedia. In 2017 iHeartMedia named the Colorado native Regional Senior Vice President of Programming for Denver, overseeing programming across the company’s regional station portfolio. His later Denver work included programming responsibilities for country station KWBL/106.7 The Bull.

KVUU’s December 2005 on-air lineup
A preserved KVUU website captured on December 26, 2005 lists the station's on-air lineup as Coffey in the Morning, Marco (Chris Pickett), Willie & JoJo, and Chris Austin. Pickett also served as KVUU's Program Director. Willie & JoJo were Willie Fisher and JoJo Turnbeaugh. Compared with the February 2005 website snapshot, Craig Coffey and Chris Austin remained; Alisha Scott, Cindy Spicer and AJ were no longer shown, while Chris Pickett/Marco and the Willie & JoJo team appeared on the later roster.
KVUU rebrands from K-View to My 99.9
By May 20, 2005, KVUU had dropped its long-running K-View identity and rebranded as My 99.9. Contemporary Radio & Records coverage described the station as Clear Channel Hot AC KVUU/My 99.9 under new Program Director JoJo Turnbeaugh. The refreshed format emphasized a broad mix of music from the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and current titles.
