J.J. Kincaid is a second-generation radio personality and programmer whose Colorado work centered on KPTT-FM, 95.7 The Party.
Career before Denver
Kincaid began in radio in the 1990s and worked at major contemporary-hit stations including KDWB in Minneapolis and WHTZ, Z100, in New York. He spent nine years at Z100 and became known for extending his afternoon show across social-media platforms. His father, Robert Cohen, also worked in broadcasting, including at Voice of America.
95.7 The Party
In 2015 iHeartMedia hired Kincaid as program director and morning host for Denver Top 40 station KPTT-FM. The morning program initially included Deanna Regalado and producer Robert “Dubz” Trigilio; Nina Blanco later joined the show. Kincaid remained with The Party until April 2019, when he was released and succeeded in mornings by David “Deuce” Jacobson.
After Denver
Kincaid moved to WKHX-FM, New Country 101.FIVE, in Atlanta. His Kincaid & Dallas morning show later became nationally syndicated by Westwood One and remained in production in 2026.
