Kathy O’Brien was a Southern Colorado radio personality heard on KCCY-FM and KMOM-FM around 2000.
Colorado radio career
Billboard Country Airplay Monitor reported in August 2000 that O’Brien, then a weekend personality at country KCCY, left the station for crosstown classic-rock outlet KMOM. Her move occurred during the same personnel reshuffling that brought former KCCY programmer Travis Daily to KMOM.
The trade report documents O’Brien working across two formats inside the competitive Colorado Springs–Pueblo market. Exact show times and the length of her KMOM tenure remain unverified.
