Corporate legal records specifically list Derrick Norwood, c/o Citadel Broadcasting, 6805 Corporate Drive, Suite 130, Colorado Springs, directly tying him to the company’s local operation. Citadel’s own filings identify its six Colorado Springs stations as KKFM-FM, KKMG-FM, KKPK-FM, KCSF-AM, KVOR-AM and KATC-FM.

Later professional records identify Norwood with Cumulus Media in Colorado Springs after Cumulus acquired Citadel in 2011.
