Bo Roberts was an on-air personality at KKLI 106.3 in Colorado Springs during the station’s late-1990s adult-contemporary era. Radio & Records reported on June 5, 1998 that longtime KKLI music director and middayer Sharon Green stepped down as music director, program director Steve Larson added music-director duties, and Bo Roberts took over the midday shift.
The surviving KKLI documentation establishes Roberts at the station in 1998 but does not, by itself, establish that he was the same Bo Roberts who became famous as part of the Dallas “Bo & Jim” show. The Colorado Radio Archive therefore treats the KKLI personality as a separate identity unless additional evidence connects the careers.
