Denise Plante is a Denver radio and television personality whose career has spanned more than three decades of local broadcasting.
Colorado radio career
Plante has worked on the air at KOSI-FM, KALC-FM and KWBL-FM. She became especially familiar to Denver listeners during a long midday run at KOSI 101.1, then moved to iHeartMedia’s 106.7 The Bull in July 2018. She also hosted nationally distributed radio programs for iHeartMedia.
Television
Alongside radio, Plante built an extensive television career. Her credits include KUSA’s Colorado & Company, KWGN’s Great Day Colorado and Weekend Vibe on KDVR, as well as appearances with Daily Blast Live, Extra and MTV’s FM Nation.
Honors
Plante has received multiple Colorado Broadcasters Association awards and an Emmy Award for hosting and interviewing. In October 2025 she became a member of the inaugural Colorado Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame class. In February 2026, after being named Best Midday Show by the CBA, she served as a guest announcer during the Grand Ole Opry’s centennial celebration.
Her eight-year run at 106.7 The Bull ended in June 2026 during an iHeartMedia restructuring.
