Jeff Norman is a Colorado radio executive whose leadership at Max Media helped shape Denver outlets including KJHM-FM (Jammin’ 101.5) and KDHT/KFCO-FM (Hot/FLO 107.1).
Max Media Denver
As president and general manager of Max Media’s Denver cluster, Norman oversaw the company’s 101.5 and 107.1 signals through several major format changes. In 2010 he discussed the end of talk-formatted “The Truth” and the return of Jammin’ Oldies to 101.5, emphasizing the importance of local personalities to a station’s success.
Norman later recruited former KS 107.5 personality Kendall B for the Jammin’ 101.5 morning show. In 2018, he conceived a two-station plan that returned Larry Ulibarri and Kathie J to terrestrial Denver radio: their morning program aired live on FLO 107.1 and was replayed in afternoon drive on Jammin’ 101.5.
Sean Rhoads succeeded Norman as president and general manager of the Denver cluster in 2021.
