Jonathan “JP” Peletis was an afternoon-drive personality and Promotions Director at KKFM 98.1 in Colorado Springs.
Cumulus Media named Peletis to both roles in June 2018. He came to Colorado Springs from WFXF/103.9 The Fox in Crystal Lake, Illinois, where he had also handled afternoon drive and promotions. His earlier work included producing for Chicago’s JBTV Music Television, on-air/video work at WZSR and WERV in suburban Chicago, and digital-marketing positions.
Contemporary trade coverage in August 2021 reported that Dave Grande joined KKFM as the new afternoon personality and Promotions Director, replacing Peletis after Peletis left for a job outside radio.
Source discrepancy: a later professional-profile entry lists Peletis at KKFM from June 2018 through September 2025. Because the 2021 trade report specifically announced his replacement and said he had left radio, the archive preserves both records rather than silently reconciling them.
