Rich “G-Man” Goins is a Denver radio personality and sportscaster whose career spans rock radio, sports talk and one of the city’s most memorable broadcasting stunts.
Colorado radio career
Goins worked at KRFX-FM (103.5 The Fox) for nearly two decades, including duties as sports director and on-air personality. In 1990, during a six-game Denver Broncos losing streak, he vowed to remain on a billboard near Mile High Stadium until the team won. The stunt drew national attention and ended after Denver defeated San Diego on December 16.
After leaving The Fox in 2009, Goins worked in Denver sports radio, including an afternoon program with Les Shapiro on KDSP and later appearances associated with Mile High Sports.
