Romi Rosario, known on air simply as Romi, was a major KKMG/Magic FM personality during the 2000s.
Romi spent nine years at KKMG across multiple dayparts. She was part of the station’s highly successful morning show with CK and Lazerman, which local coverage credited with 26 No. 1 Arbitron finishes over roughly eight years. After CK and Lazerman left in 2006, Romi remained with Magic and later co-hosted mornings with Aaron “Goose” Sellers.
When Sellers left in 2008, trade coverage reported that Romi continued the morning show solo. She remained at KKMG until 2011, when she left Colorado Springs to become program director and afternoon personality at KDHT/Hot 107.1 in Denver.
Romi also became a recognizable local community personality, appearing as a judge at regional events and station promotions.
