History
The facility began as KAYF on 92.5 MHz in 2008, later using the call sign KKDG. It adopted KPTE in May 2014 as it moved to 92.9 MHz and assumed the former “The Point” branding of sister station KKDG. A separate Durango facility formerly used the KPTE call letters from 1998 to 2014; it is now catalogued as KKDG.
