COLORADO RADIO PERSONALITY

Ed Greene

Ed Greene built one of the longest careers in Colorado broadcasting, working in both radio and television for nearly five decades. His Denver radio stops included KLZ, KIMN, KAAT and KTLK, where he served as program director in the early 1980s, as well as KYGO and KOA.

Greene became best known as a television meteorologist, but he repeatedly returned to radio, including weekend programs on KOA and KHOW and the interview program KOA Q&A. He was inducted into the Broadcast Pioneers of Colorado Hall of Fame in 2019 and retired from daily television in 2024.
