Laurie White was a news personality at KVOR 740 AM in Colorado Springs. By 2006, national public-radio program listings identify White as producer and co-host of KVOR’s “Colorado Springs Morning Update.” She continued as a co-host of the station’s morning news programming during the Dan Mandis era. A first-person account from a former KVOR research assistant specifically remembers working around Mandis and meeting White while she was co-hosting the morning news program.
