KKSE-AM

KKSE-AM is the call-sign identity used on Denver’s 950 AM signal after KSE Radio Ventures acquired the former KRWZ-AM facility in 2016. The transition joined the signal to the Altitude Sports operation built around teams owned by Kroenke Sports & Entertainment.

Altitude Sports Radio 950 became a home for Denver sports talk and team coverage. Official Colorado Avalanche schedules from the 2016–17 season identify AM 950 as an Altitude outlet, while later team listings identify the simulcast as KKSE 92.5 FM / 950 AM. The station is part of a larger lineage on 950 AM that includes earlier call signs and formats; those are documented on their own station pages rather than folded into this identity.
